Why didn’t my order include a White Label brand tag?

We understand your concern regarding the absence of a stitched brand label on your order. To avoid any confusion, please review the detailed explanation below, which outlines how label eligibility works under the White Label plan.

1. White Label Plan: Product Category Eligibility

Under the White Label plan, stitched branding is available only for the following product categories:

• Panties

• Nightwear

• Bras

• Tops

• T-shirts

2. Categories Where Label Stitching Is Not Available

The following product categories do not support stitched brand labels:

• Pantyhose 

• Jeans 
• Tights

• Stockings

• Label-Locked Batches

3. Branded Products on the FLY Platform

Please note that all branded products available on the FLY platform cannot be relabelled.

Reason:

These products are dispatched under brand-authorized manufacturing, packaging, and compliance protocols. Relabelling is restricted to ensure adherence to intellectual property guidelines, traceability requirements, and quality assurance norms.

4. How to Ensure Correct Label Expectations Going Forward

To avoid any misunderstanding with future orders, we recommend:

• Verifying that your selected products fall under White Label–eligible categories

• Avoiding expectations of stitched labels on pantyhose, stockings, or branded FLY products

• Treating White Label branding as category-specific, not platform-wide

5. Discretionary Exception

In the event of a verified warehouse-side lapse on a White Label–eligible SKU, Snazzyway may, at its sole discretion, extend a full-value refund as a non-precedential goodwill measure.

Claims must be raised within 10 days of delivery with supporting evidence. Requests arising from category exclusions, sealed batches, or brand-restricted inventory remain non-actionable.
