Why is Snazzyway mentioned on the shipping label? Can it be removed or replaced?

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, if you use our shipping service, please note that we have a tie-up with Delhivery (courier partner), and all shipping labels are automatically generated through their portal. Since the labels are linked to our registered account, the name “Snazzyway” may appear on the shipping label by default.Unfortunately, we cannot manually edit or remove this branding due to courier platform restrictions.

Solution (for full branding control):

If you want your own brand name to appear on the shipping label, we recommend:

Processing COD orders through your own shipping partner account.

This gives you:

  • Full control over shipping labels 

  • Ability to display your own brand/business name on the package

Once the order is marked as prepaid in our system, we will pack and dispatch it accordingly with your brand label and invoice (as per your plan).
