What is returns/refunds/exchanges policy ?
We guarantee that every product we sell will look like the pictures and match the description. It will also be free from defects. If you or your customer receives an item that doesn't meet these standards, we will give you a full refund or a replacement.
15-Day Return Policy (from the date of receipt)
Our online platform offers our full range of products, and we will provide the same high level of delivery service and customer support as always, along with our free and easy returns policy. To help ease any concerns, we have extended the returns policy to 15 days as of May 31, 2020.
Two Ways to Return Products
- Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick-up service. The customer will see a pickup option when submitting the return request.
- Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick-up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs, provided the product meets the return policy terms and conditions. The reseller should share a scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.
Please Note:
- We cannot accept returned garments that have been worn, washed, or had labels and tags removed.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for gift cards and downloadable products.
- Exchanges are possible for a different color or size, subject to availability.
- Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
- Panties and lingerie sets that include panties are final sale and not eligible for return.
Additional Product-Specific Return & Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene, health, and intimate-wear considerations, certain categories are subject to enhanced restrictions.
Any product that includes, contains, or is supplied together with panties, briefs, thongs, crotch liners, or intimate bottomwear components shall be deemed a Final Sale item and shall not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, store credit, or replacement for reasons relating to size, fit, color preference, change of mind, or customer dissatisfaction.
This restriction applies, without limitation, to:
- Panties and briefs.
- Lingerie sets containing panties.
- Private lingerie and intimate apparel.
- Coordinated sets with detachable or non-detachable bottoms.
- Bodysuits having intimate contact areas.
- Any promotional bundle or gift box containing intimate products.
Honeymoon Gift Boxes are sold as curated specialty collections and are considered Final Sale products. As such, Honeymoon Gift Boxes are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or partial cancellation, irrespective of whether individual items within the box would otherwise qualify for return.
Swimwear products may only be considered for return or exchange if:
- The hygienic protective strip remains fully intact;
- The product has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged; and
- The request is approved following inspection.
Nightwear, nightgowns, babydolls, saree shapewear, saree silhouettes, silk satin slips, petticoats, tops, shirts, jeans, and fashion accessories may be eligible for return or exchange within fifteen (15) days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions, if a product is received:
- Damaged during transit;
- Defective due to manufacturing faults; or
- Materially different from the product ordered,
the reseller must submit a claim through the Fly Dashboard together with clear photographs within the applicable return period.
Upon verification and approval, Snazzyway may, at its sole discretion, provide:
- A replacement product;
- A full refund; or
- Store credit.
No return, refund, or exchange request shall be accepted where the delivered item accurately corresponds to the customer's selected size, color, style, design, and specifications. Differences arising from personal preference, expectations, fit, or change of mind shall not constitute valid grounds for return.
Snazzyway reserves the right to reject any claim that, in its reasonable opinion, does not satisfy the conditions set forth in this policy. All decisions regarding return eligibility, product inspection, and claim approval shall be final and binding.
How to Claim a Return

Go to the ‘Return’ tab in your Fly Dashboard.

Select the order number for which you received the return request.

Provide the reason for return along with clear images of the product.

Note: If the shipped product is exactly as requested by the customer (correct color, size, and style), the return will not be accepted.

After approval, you will receive an RMA number.

Add the RMA number to your return shipment label before dispatch.
