Why was the shipping label or invoice missing from my parcel?
If the shipping label or invoice was not printed, it is most likely due to a label mismatch detected by the Snazzyway Fly system. Our system is designed to ensure complete accuracy during order processing and dispatch, and any inconsistencies are automatically flagged to avoid shipping errors.
This issue typically arises when a custom shipping label is uploaded, but the shipping method selected is Snazzyway’s in-house courier service. Since our logistics are integrated with partners like Delhivery, any mismatch between the uploaded label and our shipping provider’s credentials leads the system to suspend both the label and invoice printing.
Important Guideline:
If you are using Snazzyway’s shipping services,

➡️ The system will automatically generate the correct label through our integrated logistics partner.
➡️ You may upload your custom invoice only — it will be printed and included as long as there is no label
