Not everyone prefers to pay online using a debit or credit card due to trust issues or lack of proper infrastructure. To cater to these customers, Snazzyway offers a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for all domestic orders. Here’s how it works:
Option A: Process COD Orders Directly with Your Shipping Partner

Choose a Shipping Aggregator:
- Look up shipping aggregators like ShipRocket or Shyplite that offer good rates on shipping.
- Open an account with your chosen shipping aggregator.

Schedule Shipments:
- When a customer requests COD, schedule a shipment from your shipping account instead of asking Fly to ship.
- The shipment will be picked up from Fly's warehouse and delivered to your customer.

Receive Payments Directly:
- When the customer pays on delivery, the shipping company will collect the payment and transfer it directly to your bank account.
- Note: You will need a GSTIN to use this method.
Option B: Let Fly Handle Your Cash on Delivery Orders

No Need for a Shipping Account:
- You don’t need to have an account with any shipping companies. Fly will handle everything for you.

Processing Orders:
- Your orders will be processed using Fly’s accounts with our integrated shipping partners.
- All shipments will be handled by Fly’s shipping partners, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

- Since all orders are shipped using Fly’s partners, the shipping company will pass the collected payments to Fly.
