How can I arrange self-pickup for my Snazzyway orders?

Arranging self-pickup for your Snazzyway orders involves a multi-step process and requires proper coordination with your shipping partner. Please read and follow the instructions carefully to avoid any future disappointment.

Place Your Order Correctly

  • Log in to your Fly dashboard.

  • While placing your order, select “Self” as the Shipment Method. Orders placed without this option cannot be processed for self-pickup.

Wait for Pickup Ready Confirmation

  • Our warehouse team will process your request within 48 hours.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email indicating that your parcel is ready for pickup. Do not send your shipping partner before receiving this confirmation.

Coordinate with Your Logistics Partner

  • Only after our confirmation, you may send your shipping partner or courier to collect the parcel.

  • Make sure they carry the exact order ID/reference number, as parcels will not be released otherwise.

Strict Pickup Timings

⚠️ Self-pickup is allowed ONLY Monday to Friday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

⛔ Any attempt to collect parcels outside these hours will be refused.

 

Warehouse Closure

  • The warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders cannot be collected during weekends

  • Snazzyway is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party logistics partners.

  • Any deviation from the process may result in pickup refusal and additional delays.
