Why did I receive my order in a courier polybag instead of my Ecowrap branded bag?

We understand your concern and want to clarify why this happens. Please note the following points:

  1. Initial Packing

    • Every order is first packed in your Ecowrap branded shipping bag at our warehouse.

  2. Courier Partner’s Role

    • After pickup, courier partners may cover or replace the outer layer if they believe the parcel is at risk.

  3. Rainy Season Factor

    • Eco-friendly and paper-based bags are not waterproof.

    • During rainy seasons, they can easily get wet, tear, or lose print quality.

  4. Use of Polybags

    • To protect your products, couriers often use tamper-proof polybags as an extra layer.

    • This is done only to ensure parcels are delivered safely and securely.

  5. Your Branding Inside

    • In most cases, the Ecowrap branded bag is still used inside, while the polybag is only an outer protective cover.

  6. Refund Eligibility

    • If you receive a product only in a courier polybag with no Ecowrap branded bag inside, you are eligible to claim a full refund of the products.

    • Please raise a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the received package for verification
