I have taken the White Label account, but when I received my first order, I did not see my brand label. Why?
We understand that you did not see your brand label on the first order. Please note that as part of the White Label account, brand labels are included only after we receive the custom tags from you.
If an order is placed before your brand label is provided, it is fulfilled using stock from our existing batches . This is why your first order was processed without your custom branding.
To ensure timely delivery, orders placed before your brand labels are provided are fulfilled using items from existing stock, which do not have custom branding. This allows orders to be processed quickly while your brand label is being prepared, preventing delays in delivery.
For example, if your first order was placed before your brand label and design were finalized, it was shipped without the custom label to meet delivery deadlines. Once your labels are ready and provided, future orders will include your branding.
For single products in the White Label account, you won’t see any brand label, as these items are shipped label-free. However, for bundled products, there might be instances where other brand labels are visible, depending on the stock used. This happens because bundled products may include items from various existing batches, which could still carry the original brand labels.
Once your custom brand labels are provided, both single and bundled products will reflect your branding moving forward.
