What Happens to Funds from a Returned Order?

Return Funds & Wallet Credit Policy

Any amount determined to be refundable against an approved return order will be credited exclusively to the customer's Wallet Balance. Such funds will not be refunded directly to the customer's original payment method while the customer's account remains active.

The Wallet Balance is a platform credit and may be used only toward eligible future orders placed through the customer's account. The customer may utilize the available wallet credit, either partially or in full, against subsequent orders, subject to applicable order conditions, charges, adjustments, and platform policies.

A wallet credit does not constitute an immediate cash refund and cannot be treated as a demand for direct bank settlement while the account remains active. The customer is responsible for using the available wallet balance against future eligible orders.

Any applicable deductions arising from returns, including but not limited to return charges, reverse shipping charges, restocking charges, RTO-related charges, or other permissible adjustments, will be deducted before the final refundable amount is credited to the wallet.

Account Closure & Final Settlement

In the event that the customer formally requests account closure, the remaining eligible Wallet Balance may be settled to the customer's registered bank account only after completion of the account-closure and financial reconciliation process.

Before any final settlement is made, the company may verify and reconcile:

  • Pending orders

  • Pending returns

  • Pending refunds

  • Outstanding payments

  • Wallet transactions

  • Applicable charges or deductions

  • Account information

  • Registered bank-account details

  • Any other outstanding financial obligations

The company reserves the right to withhold or adjust the final wallet settlement to the extent necessary to account for pending transactions, outstanding amounts, disputed transactions, reversals, chargebacks, or other legitimate financial adjustments.

The final amount transferred to the customer's bank account will be limited to the net eligible Wallet Balance remaining after completion of all applicable adjustments and reconciliation.

The customer must provide accurate and valid bank-account details for settlement. Any delay caused by incorrect, incomplete, mismatched, or unverifiable banking information will be the responsibility of the customer.

No direct cash or bank refund shall be applicable merely because a return has been approved. Return-related refundable funds will first be credited to the seller's Wallet Balance and shall remain available for future orders unless and until the customer proceeds with account closure and becomes eligible for final wallet settlement.

By maintaining an active account, the customer acknowledges and agrees that eligible return funds will remain as Wallet Credit for future purchases. Bank-account settlement applies only to the eligible balance remaining at the time of account closure, following completion of the applicable verification and reconciliation process.

Final Principle

Approved Return → Eligible Amount Credited to Wallet → Wallet Used for Future Orders → Remaining Eligible Balance → Account Closure → Reconciliation → Final Bank Settlement
