What happens if my work order is placed on hold?

At Snazzyway, we ensure smooth and efficient processing of all work orders. To maintain operational efficiency, we follow a strict communication policy regarding work order management:

  1. Response Time Requirement – Clients must respond to messages or requests related to their work orders within five days.

  2. Automatic Hold – If no response is received within this period, the work order is automatically placed on hold and removed from the active queue.

  3. Reactivation Process – To reactivate a work order, the client must formally request reactivation by emailing support@snazzyway.com with the necessary updates and justifications. Reactivation is subject to approval and availability.

  4. Extended Inactivity – If a work order remains on hold for an extended period, it may be permanently closed, requiring a new order submission to proceed further.

This policy ensures timely communication and efficient order management for all clients.
