What Happens If a Prepaid Order Is Not Delivered?

At Snazzyway, we aim to ensure that every prepaid order reaches our customers safely and on time. However, in certain rare situations, an order may be marked as undelivered and returned to our warehouse. Here's what you need to know if this happens.

📦 Why Was My Prepaid Order Not Delivered?

Prepaid orders may be returned to origin (RTO) for several reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by our courier partner

  • The recipient was unavailable or refused the parcel

  • Phone number was unreachable or not answering OTP/confirmation calls

If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the package, it is automatically returned to our warehouse.

Refund Policy for Non-Delivered Prepaid Orders

When a prepaid order is returned to us undelivered, the following deductions apply:

1. 20% Restocking Fee

We charge a 20% restocking fee on the total order value to cover the cost of:

  • Product handling and repackaging

  • Quality check

  • Restocking back into inventory

2. Return Logistics Cost

The courier cost incurred for returning the package from your address back to our warehouse is also deducted. This is typically in the range of ₹30–₹50 depending on your location and the weight of the item.

Can I Reorder the Same Product?

Absolutely! Once the refund is processed, you’re welcome to reorder the same product — just make sure to double-check your address and contact details for a successful delivery.

🛡️ How to Prevent Non-Delivery

To avoid refund deductions and ensure timely delivery:

  • Enter a complete, correct shipping address with the pin code

  • Keep your mobile phone available for delivery calls

  • Avoid rejecting the package unless there’s visible damage
